1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Meliq Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Meliq Labs", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Therapyship website, mobile applications, AI-powered counseling services, voice sessions, horoscope features, compatibility tools, and any related content (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Therapyship provides AI-assisted relationship guidance, educational content, and conversational support. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, and no response from the AI constitutes professional advice.

If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or facing a medical or psychological emergency, stop using the Service immediately and contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.) or a qualified crisis line such as the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Meliq Labs LLC strongly recommends consulting a licensed mental health professional for any concern that requires clinical evaluation or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using Therapyship, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Meliq Labs LLC may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Meliq Labs LLC immediately at the address above of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Therapyship offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rates disclosed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Meliq Labs LLC and our payment processors to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; previously charged amounts are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person;
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or sexually exploitative content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract training data from the AI models;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service to make clinical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions for yourself or others;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without written permission from Meliq Labs LLC.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the messages, voice recordings, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Meliq Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

8. AI-Generated Output

Responses from the AI counselor are generated by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that is not appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output before acting on it. Meliq Labs LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical usefulness of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Therapyship brand, logos, software, designs, and all non-user content, is owned by Meliq Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for AI inference, voice synthesis, payment processing, analytics, and hosting. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. Meliq Labs LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outages of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. MELIQ LABS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELIQ LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MELIQ LABS LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meliq Labs LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

Meliq Labs LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation instructions in your account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

Meliq Labs LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
